Job Responsibilities

Responsibility 1: Business Support and Sales Coordination

  1. Assist in creating business contracts and necessary documents, including sharing bid project information.

  2. Participate in the bidding process.

  3. Prepare and manage product samples and shipments.

  4. Maintain customer information and handle credit applications.

  5. Assist in addressing customer requests and prepare necessary collaboration documents.

  6. Calculate transportation and delivery costs and manage orders.

  7. Oversee production coordination and ensure timely shipping notifications.

  8. Handle invoice requests and customs documents.


Responsibility 2: Business Communication

  1. Maintain effective communication with agents, sales managers, end customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibility 3: Overseas Inventory Management

  1. Manage customs declarations and internal product codes.

  2. Monitor and control inventory levels, including cost calculations.

  3. Verify accessory quantities and manage packaging methods.

  4. Support after-sales activities and customer inquiries.


Exigences requises:

Job Requirements:

Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities; proficient in using Office software.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
