Job Responsibilities:

Responsibility 1: Business Support and Sales Collaboration

  1. Comprehensive Business Support: Responsible for drafting and reviewing business contracts and related documents to ensure all terms are compliant and accurate.

  2. Tender Management: Lead the bidding process, coordinate resources, and enhance bid success rates.

  3. Sample and Shipment Management: Review and optimize product sample management processes and oversee the execution of shipment plans.

  4. Client Management: Optimize customer information maintenance mechanisms, review credit applications, and provide business support.

  5. Customer Request Handling: Coordinate and address customer needs while offering professional business solutions.

  6. Cost Accounting and Order Management: Monitor transportation and delivery costs to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

  7. Production and Shipment Coordination: Work closely with the production team to track progress, ensure on-time delivery, and provide timely updates to clients.

  8. Finance and Customs Clearance: Review invoice applications, customs documents, and ensure smooth and compliant processes.


Responsibility 2: Business Communication and Team Collaboration

  1. Efficient Cross-Department Communication: Maintain effective communication with agents, sales managers, end customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

  2. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve business-related issues for sales and clients, offering effective advice and support promptly.

  3. Meetings and Reporting: Participate in business meetings and provide comprehensive business analyses and reports to management.


Responsibility 3: Overseas Inventory and Logistics Management

  1. Inventory Optimization: Develop and execute inventory management plans, monitor overseas inventory levels, maximize utilization, and control costs.

  2. Customs and Product Code Management: Oversee customs declaration processes and continuously improve internal product code management.

  3. Logistics Supervision: Review and optimize packaging, transportation, and delivery methods to improve logistics efficiency.

  4. After-Sales Support: Collaborate with the after-sales team to resolve customer issues and provide effective support to enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibility 4: Team Management and Business Development

  1. Team Collaboration and Guidance: Lead the business specialist team, assign tasks, monitor execution, and provide training and guidance.

  2. Process Optimization: Regularly review business processes and propose optimization suggestions to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  3. Strategic Support: Collaborate with sales and management teams to provide business strategy support and drive business objectives.


Exigences requises:

Job Requirements:

Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in business management; team management experience is preferred.

Skills: Familiarity with business contracts, bidding processes, and overseas business management; proficiency in supply chain management, logistics, and customs clearance; excellent communication and coordination skills; proficient in Office software.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
